You need 2 brake adapters and an axle assembly to complete a hub even if only running brakes on one side. 

An axle assembly consist of an axle, 2x M10-1x45mm bolts, 4x M10 washers and 2x 6905 bearings you can use shielded sealed or open style bearings. 

The hubs are very easy to assemble. After lacing your wheel bolt the hub end adapters on using M5 x14mm socket head cap screws.
