Engine Building Service

Have your Engine Set up by RDM!

      Base Service includes Cleaning all parts, deburring and adjusting parts, then cleaning again. Crankshaft will be checked and trued if needed, squish will be set even if it requires spacers or machining. Crank, Case, Cylinder and Head will all be assembled. 

      Additional services would be setting the ignition using a timing light to 14 degrees before top dead center. Also, installing and tuning the clutch, any clutch system may be used. 

     All parts must be provided, Engine parts do not need to be RDM parts however they do need to be supplied as parts not an already assembled engine, otherwise there will be additional cost associated with disassembly.
