1. Shipping policy
Please be aware that processing your order may take longer than usual due to COVID-19.
All orders of our existing products are typically processed the second and fourth Friday after receiving your order confirmation email. Except for our built motor engine lines, large orders such as these will take 2-4 months to fulfill. This is because all of our products are built in-house and will take more time to prepare than warehouse orders.
Note that orders of our newest line of products may take up to 2-4 months to fulfill.
We ship domestically and internationally to all states and countries.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We thank you for your patience and hope you will continue to support our small business.
Also, note that you will be notified if issues arise regarding your order and further alternative solutions will take place from there.
2. Return and Exchange policy FAQ
Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
- Visit our returns center by clicking on the link "Return Policy" at the bottom of our website
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 60 days from the delivered date
- In unused and resellable condition
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
The item I received is faulty!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items if needed. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
