Head/Cylinder Drill Fixture

The RDM Head/Cylinder Drill Fixture is the ultimate solution for centering the cylinder and head on 2-stroke motorized bicycles. Used for ensuring the head is perfectly centered to the piston and bore, otherwise the piston and head can collide and the head gasket may fail prematurely. To use you isolate the head and cylinder then one at a time you bolt the drill fixture to the head, and the cylinder, once attached you use the drill fixture to guide the included drill to drill a hole about 1/8" deep into the head and cylinder. After that operation you can then assemble the cylinder and head as you normally would except now you may install included 1/16" pins to secure the head and cylinder together ensuring perfect alignment.
